All prices include UK sales tax of 20%

The Company (hereafter referred to as “TAPE”) reserves the right to make changes to the prices on site without notice.

We accept payment by credit/debit card (via SagePay secure card processing portal) and Paypal. Only fully paid orders will be shipped.

Delivery Policy / Shipping
Costumers will carry all shipping charge. Charges will be agreed as part of the order process.
Delivery Time is approx. 7 – 14 business days to European Destination. For worldwide shipping please add an additional week for customs clearance. Note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods or in climate weather conditions.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for these charges. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
TAPE ship worldwide directly from our warehouse in Spain or UK. Additional shipping charges apply for countries outside the European Union.
All our items will be shipped to the buyer’s provided shipping address. TAPE will not accept responsibility for wrongly delivered items or missing deliveries due to providing the wrong shipping. No refund or compensation will be offered

Order cancellations must be received within 24hr of purchase.

Returns for exchange are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within the following periods:
•Defective/ Wrong Items – within the warranty period
•Non-Defective Merchandise – within 14 days of receipt

If you would like to return your product(s) for repair / replacement / refund, please contact our customer service via email for an authorized return number. Your returned product(s) will not be processed without a return number.
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs under any circumstances.

TAPE guarantees all goods against faulty workmanship and manufacturing defects for 90 days from the delivery date. Normal wear is not subject to warranty. TAPE’s liability is limited to the replacement of products supplied by TAPE and does not extend to any consequential loss, damage or expenses suffered by the customer or any third party.

Title of goods
Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the goods, legal and beneficial title of the Goods shall not pass to the customer until TAPE received payment in full.

Transit damage and shortages
The customer must notify TAPE of any damages in transit or shortage of ordered goods, within 2 business days from the delivery date.

TAPE use the personal data that you provide to supply you with the products and services you choose and to maintain records of your access to, and use of our online services. 
We do not pass your personal information on to third parties.
